Who We Are

Howard Segal has made a career centered around being customer oriented and relationship driven.

He worked in a variety of industries, always applying his desire to service people before and after a sale.

With a passion to apply his skills to a business area that caused his own family frustration and challenges, Howard embarked upon a career in providing healthcare insurance in 2016, opening the Segal Group brokerage in 2018.  The same sincerity and servant leadership skills that allowed Howard to thrive in general business for over 30-years are now applied to Segal Group.

In addition to holding a Life & Health License, Howard has extended his certification to offer Medicare Advantage plans through extended coursework and a commitment to continuing education courses that are Medicare specific.  This is an example of Howard’s commitment to the industry and his thorough approach to client-centric offerings.

Prior to insurance, Howard worked in a variety of industries, always applying his desire to service people before and after a sale.  Past business associates have shared that Howard is “very detailed and thoughtful”, “rock solid” as well as “disciplined in his decision making”.

Howard and his wife, Kay, have called Arizona home for over 25 years, raising two wonderful children in the Scottsdale area.
